Ted Schmidt, the principal of Qualastat, Inc., has been involved in the field of quality for over 25 years. Mr. Schmidt has extensive experience in healthcare, operations-management, training and customer service. He has managed a business with annual sales in excess of 40 million dollars and is a graduate of the University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy. He has given seminars around the United States encompassing all aspects of the ISO 9000 Standard and other popular quality management systems.
